Both the u12/u13 girls and the u14 girls have an odd number of teams. In order to give all teams a game every week, these 2 divisions will have a team that plays twice one night during the season. The double games are highlighted and the team name is bolded.

RIO's ANNUAL3v3 SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Albuquerque’s biggest, most established 3v3 league
  • certified referees
  • 8 games
  • U8-U14 boys and girls (competitive and recreational)

TEAM: Teams do not have to be formed from an existing team, a club or any league affiliation. A team is a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 6 players on the team roster. A maximum of 6 players, including, guest players are allowed to be on the game day roster. An “I Can Play” Card allows any registered 3v3 player of the same age group to “guest play” for any same age/gender or older team.

ELIGIBLE AGE GROUPINGS: Same As SPRING 2011 Age groups

U-8 (Born Between 8/1/02 - 7/31/03) U-9 (8/1/01 - 7/31/02)
U-10 (8/1/00 - 7/31/01) U-11 (8/1/99 - 7/31/01);
U-12 (8/1/98 - 7/31/99); U-13 (8/1/97 - 7/31/98);
U-14 (8/1/96 - 7/31/97);  

Provisional acceptance for ages under U-8: The Director may accept a team younger than U-8 to play as a U-8 team if in the judgment of the Director the team is capable of competing against older players.

DIVISIONS: Teams will be grouped into divisions based upon age, gender and ability level, so as to achieve competitive balance. Teams will be divided into premier, competitive or recreational divisions for girls and boys. The number of divisions within an age group will be determined by the number of teams.

LOCATION OF GAMES: EL OSO GRANDE PARK (North of Montgomery on Morris - adjacent to CNM parking lot)

DATES & TIMES OF GAMES: The season will begin Monday, June 6th. Each team will be scheduled to play one game per week for eight (8) weeks. Games are scheduled for weekday evenings. Scheduled start times for the games will be 5:10 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:50 PM and 7:40 PM.

3v3 FEES for 2011: Team Registration & Referee Fees — $250
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT – SAVE $50.00 For teams who submit ALL required forms and fees between April 1& May 8th
Regular Registration $250. May 9-May 22 with All required forms and fees. drop off forms and payment in one check on time to ensure you meet all deadlines.

Changes for 2011:

  • No Floater Cards or Fees
  • Early Bird Discount
  • No fee for roster changes up until midnight of June 3. $15.00 fee per change or addition after this time.
  • Any reg. 3v3 player can “guest” for any same or older age/gender team
  • All payments must be made in the form of ONE CHECK per team.

To Register a team, complete and submit the following forms:
1. Team Registration form
2. Team Roster
3. Completely filled out “I Can Play” cards for players on roster.
4. Signed Liability Release forms for each player on the roster.
5. Full payment in ONE CHECK REQUIRED

FINAL DEADLINE May 22 FOR ALL FORMS AND FEES: All forms and fees must be received by May 22 – regardless of the post mark – drop off forms on time to ensure you meet all deadlines. No team will be registered without having paid all the applicable fees before this deadline.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: The Team Registration Fee and the Team Referee Fee are fully refundable, and a team’s registration may be canceled if written notification from the Team Contact Person is received by the registrar on or before May 22, 2011. After May 22, 2011, there will be no refunds. (NO CANCELLATION DEADLINE EXCEPTIONS).

The Director reserves the right to change the registered team’s requested level of play after reviewing the individual player registration forms. No team will be registered or scheduled for games until full payment of the Team Registration Fee and Team Referee Fee received by registrar.
